Clear house rules ensure a relaxed stay and prevent misunderstandings. So every guest knows exactly what to expect when arriving, during the stay and when leaving.
Villa Vidalou is suitable for guests who want to enjoy peace, privacy and comfort in Jan Thiel. Therefore, parties, events and pets are not allowed and we respectfully request use of the villa and amenities.

Check-in from 16:00
Arrival is possible from 16:00 so the villa can be carefully prepared for new guests.
Check-out by 12:00
Departure is by 12:00 so there is sufficient time for cleaning and preparation.
Maximum 6 guests
The villa is furnished for a maximum of 6 guests.
No pets allowed
Pets are not allowed in the villa.
No parties or events
Villa Vidalou is intended for quiet stays, not for parties or events.
No smoking
There is a no-smoking policy inside the villa.
Toilet paper may be flushed
Regular toilet paper may be flushed. Wet wipes must not be flushed — please dispose of them in the bin.
Water & electricity
Water usage is included in the rental price. Electricity usage is settled against the deposit at €0.55 per kWh.
Safety
Important safety information
The villa has a smoke detector. Please note that the pool has no fence or closure, which is important for guests with young children.
We ask all guests to handle the amenities, outdoor space and pool carefully and responsibly.
